In this article author present the information how the toxohormone, which was extracted from malignant tumors after the technique of Nakahara & Fukuoka method, influence to the liver functions, and the following observation was made by administrating to rat intraperitonealy. The total administrating doses were 480-600mg in between ten and twenty days duration.
The following conclusions have been obtained. Generally liver function tests in nat were found to have markedly been disturbed.
In glactose tolerance test the exertion of galactose were increased in all cases and in test with hippuric acid synthesis the excretion of hippuric acid were decreased in almost of all cases.
Prothrombin times estimated on rat were highly decreased. The total cholesterol and esterified chclesterol showed lowered level, but the ratio of total to esterified chclesterol showed within normal, this results are mainly caused due to the total cholesterol and esterifled cholesterol were diminished simultaneously.
